What we do with your information.

Last updated 17 September 2026.

The short version

If you fill in the form on this site, we use what you send to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us run the site.

What we collect

  • What you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, what you are looking for, and your message.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, stored with the enquiry. The hash lets us spot and block abuse of the form; it cannot be turned back into your IP address.

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Laravel sets a session cookie only where one is needed to protect a form submission.

Where it goes

  • The enquiry is stored on our own server in the UK.
  • A copy is emailed to us through Postmark, our transactional email provider.
  • This site is delivered through Bunny.net, our CDN, which processes the request in order to serve the page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we have a working relationship. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@discoverydigital.agency. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
